1. Packing Standards
- Fish are packed individually in sealed oxygen-filled bags.
- Thermal protection and protective outer packaging are used based on route and season.
- Designed for survival of approximately 5–10 days under normal conditions.
2. Processing & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation. Timing may vary based on fish condition, weather, and shipping schedules. We may delay dispatch to protect animal welfare.
3. Estimated Transit Time
- Thailand Domestic: typically 1–2 business days
- International (average): typically 5–7 business days
Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed due to customs and carrier factors.
4. Customs & Import Responsibility
International buyers are responsible for permits, customs clearance, fees, and compliance with local import rules. No refund for confiscation due to import non-compliance.
5. Risk Transfer
Risk transfers to the buyer once the package is handed to the carrier.
6. DOA Claims
DOA is governed by our Refund Policy and DOA Policy. Evidence rules and sealed-bag requirement apply.
