3. Product Nature & Variations

  • Live ornamental fish are biological products; appearance and color may vary due to growth, lighting, and environment.
  • Photos represent the fish sold, but screens may display colors differently.
  • Post-delivery care impacts outcomes; please follow acclimation guidance.

4. Eligibility & Import Compliance

You must be at least 18 years old. International buyers are responsible for permits, local regulations, and customs requirements. We are not responsible for confiscation due to import non-compliance.

5. Pricing & Currency

Prices may be displayed in THB and USD. Conversion rates may vary due to payment gateway processing and exchange rates.

6. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, photos, and brand assets are the property of AF Plakad Thai. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Animal Welfare Commitment

We follow ethical breeding and handling practices, focusing on humane care, proper water quality, and safe packing methods. We may delay shipment during extreme weather to protect animal welfare.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the fish. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

We aim to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes arising from purchases shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Thailand. The decision shall be final and binding, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
